Dr. Ovunc has years of experience as a top pediatric pulmonologist in the greater Los Angeles area. She treats all manners of pulmonary conditions including asthma, BPD, chronic cough, chronic lung disease, sleep disorders, as well as she performs fiberoptic bronchoscopy and bronchioalveolar lavage (BAL) proceduresand, and more.
In addition to her position at Modena Health, Dr. Ovunc is an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of California, Irvine. She brings distinguished credentials and extensive postdoctoral research in genetics, and was clinically trained at Boston Children's Hospital-- the pediatric teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ovunc is on the editorial board of Pediatric Pulmonology Journal.
Currently on staff at Miller Children's Hospital and Torrance Memorial Medical Center, she is accepting private pediatric pulmonology patients at Modena Health.
